Layers Beneath
This site is currently under construction. This is where I will post things I've done, tutorials, technical deep-dives, and more. The name originates from the OSI model, which conceptualizes networking as a series of layers, with each layer representing a unique idea that can be implemented on its own, allowing them to be treated as different components that usually don't interact beyond one layer up or down. This philosophy is how I like to learn. Most things are architected this way whether people realize it or not, and breaking it down into these smaller pieces makes significantly complex systems quite easy to understand.
This philosophy will be how I teach as well. I aim to create series that break large systems down into smaller, bite-sized pieces that are easy for anyone to grasp.
